Join the Treadwell Team

Treadwell Mansion is a 38-room independent boutique hotel in downtown Portsmouth, New Hampshire, where a historic mansion meets thoughtfully designed modern accommodations. We operate with a relatively small team, which means every person here has a direct, visible impact on the guest experience and on the success of the property as a whole. You won't get lost in a large organization, your work shows up immediately in how guests experience their stay. We're looking for people who bring independence, attention to detail, and genuine care for hospitality to everything they do.
