Thirty-eight luxury suites inside one of Portsmouth's most storied historic properties, reimagined from the ground up where preservation meets uncompromising modern design. The evening opens with a ribbon cutting ceremony, followed by an intimate open house where you'll move through the property, meet the minds behind Treadwell, and see firsthand what it looks like when historic architecture and cutting-edge hospitality collide. The night culminates with a celebration hour on our Skyline at Treadwell rooftop terrace.
